Hello there.
I'm Laura, founder of The Lume Collective, a brand and marketing consultancy supporting small businesses, schools and multi-academy trusts.
Before launching The Lume Collective, I spent over a decade in senior marketing roles, including leading marketing and communications for a large national MAT. Working in high-stakes, fast-moving environments taught me what makes communication land. Clarity, consistency and the right words at the right time help people understand, trust and take action, especially when time and headspace are limited.
I started The Lume Collective because I knew two things. That strategy and creativity work best together. And that the most meaningful work happens when it feels personal.
So that's what I built. A consultancy that's warm, practical and genuinely invested in the people behind the brand. Clients tell me they feel understood, more confident, and clearer on what to say and do next.
